We always try to represent our products in a warm in-store environment in our photographs. We pay close attention to lighting and put in the most descriptive size and style details we can. But sometimes colour variations may apply to some products and objects may appear larger or smaller than they are so please take your time to read through the details of each item before you make your purchase.bob wants you to love what you buy from us so if you are not happy with your purchase please let us know within 7 days so we can swap your product or credit you.



All transactions on our bob website are secured by the strongest encryption available today - the same one used by banks and financial institutions. All your information is securely transmitted to our servers, processed and deleted. 
We accept Visa and mastercard, pay pal and shopify payments. If you have any concerns or would prefer a different payment method please get in touch with us via our "Contact us" page or phone 03 5444 3522 we are here to help.



We send out your parcel the day you order or the next working day at the latest. If there are any delays we will email you and let you know. Most parcels arrive within 1-2 days in off peak times and 4-8 days for states further away from Victoria. All our parcels are registered through Australia Post and can be tracked.
